The Justice Department charged a military veteran Thursday for allegedly making dozens of disturbing texts and calls to Katie Miller, a conservative podcaster married to White House senior adviser Stephen Miller, and her family. The man, 41-year-old John Anthony Proia III of Massachusetts, has been charged with one count of cyberstalking. He will make his initial appearance in court Thursday.
