Several swastikas that were painted on the National Center for Atmospheric Research’s water tower over the weekend have since been painted over, thanks to community members who promptly responded to the vandalism.Boulder residents and members of the community saw the graffiti on the water tower, located just west of the NCAR Mesa Laboratory.
