Court records show police sought to remove firearms from the home of one of the gunmen involved in the deadly attack on the San Diego Islamic Center more than a year before the shooting, after concerns were raised about his mental health and extremist views. Caleb Liam Vazquez, 18, and Cain Clark, 17, carried out the attack on Monday, killing three men before later being found dead from what authorities described as self-inflicted wounds.
