Harvard University asked a federal court Monday to transfer the Trump administration’s latest lawsuit alleging the school failed to protect students from antisemitism to another judge who sided with the university in a similar case. If successful, it would move the Justice Department’s March complaint from US District Judge Richard G. Stearns in Boston to his colleague,US District Judge Allison D. Burroughs.
