A prominent neo-Nazi has been granted bail on his fourth attempt after being charged with threatening a federal MP last year. Joel Davis was arrested in November after he allegedly asked members of a neo-Nazi Telegram channel to "rhetorically rape" MP Allegra Spender. The comment was allegedly made after Ms Spender, the Member for Wentworth in Sydney's east, condemned a neo-Nazi rally outside state parliament.
