Matt Theobald, a teacher at Spectrum Academy in Martin County, made comments on a private Facebook page about Charlie Kirk when Kirk was killed Sept. 10. The administration and School Board moved to fire Theobald, but he requested a hearing before an state administrative law judge. That hearing will be held April 2 in Stuart.
