COLUMBUS, Ohio - Gov. Mike DeWine and other dignitaries broke ground Wednesday for the installation of a monument that will honor generations of women who shaped Ohio and the nation. The Ohio Women’s Monument will be located on the South Plaza of Ohio Capitol Square. Artist Brenda Councill is finishing the sculpture at a studio in Zanesville in Eastern Ohio.
