India and Israel enjoy a unique relationship steeped in historic people-to-people connect with ancient roots. The ancient Jewish communities in India, including the Bene Israelis, Cochini Jews, Baghdadi Jews and Bnei Menashe, survived and thrived in India and contributed to India's growth story and cultural treasure.
