Joseph Cope, now 20, began a terrorism campaign on Telegram when he was just 16 to encourage people to join the hateful group. He began encouraging terrorism on a Telegram channel he moderated named ‘Serrano’s Devision’, which had 277 subscribers and was open to the public.
