PALESTINE Action activists walked free from court yesterday despite their sledgehammer protest leaving a cop with a broken back. The six were accused of using an old prison van to break in to and damage Israeli defence factory Elbit Systems in Bristol. Some were armed with whips, an axe, a paintball gun and sledgehammers to fight off security and cops.
