Two teens have been charged with hate crimes after police say they vandalized a New York City playground with dozens of swastikas. Gravesend Park in Brooklyn was vandalized with swastikas and antisemitic language twice in one week. On Tuesday, 16 painted swastikas were found in the playground and handball court area, written on the wall in red, the NYPD told the Daily Mail.
