Authorities have identified Stephen Spencer Pittman as the man accused of setting fire to a historic synagogue in Jackson, Mississippi. 19-year-old Pittman from Madison, Mississippi, was charged on Monday with maliciously damaging or destroying a building by means of fire or an explosive.
