An adjunct lecturer at George Mason University was fired for drinking alcohol with undergraduate students during class. The unidentified political science professor reportedly allowed students to bring alcohol to class on November 20 while they presented their end-of-semester projects. NBC4 reported that the professor was instructed in a 400-level class, which would likely be for mostly older students. GMU responded after multiple sources reported the professor's behavior.
