Kolkata: Poland is the spotlight country for the 31st Kolkata International Film Festival, scheduled to be held from Nov 6 to 13. This year's festival will not only showcase classic and modern films but also host an exhibition, called ‘The Treasures of Krakow'. The Polish segment of KIFF will have five categories—contemporary Polish films, works by renowned Polish film-makers, a centenary tribute to Wojciech Jerzy Has, Polish animation including short films, and films highlighting Indo-Polish connections.
