CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio – Recalled Mayor Kahlil Seren announced Tuesday that he fired Law Director Bill Hanna on what is Seren’s final day in office. The announcement, sent by the city’s communications director, came at 4:54 p.m., making it one of Seren’s final acts as mayor.
