Denmark’s Foreign Minister summoned the top US diplomat in the country on Wednesday (August 27) following reports of covert influence operations led by Americans linked to US President Donald Trump. At a press conference, Lars Løkke Rasmussen said that the Danes would “make a very clear statement” decrying the allegations of a US-led effort to bolster a secessionist movement in Greenland, an autonomous province of Denmark.
