German-born Ursula Wuttke's culinary legacy in Tasmania is a "Delishus" jam donut, best eaten after it's lifted from a fryer, rolled in sugar and then pumped with jam. Mrs Wuttke was the first to introduce hot jam donuts to Tasmania, her family believes. They were served in her shop, Delishus, in Moonah, Hobart from the 1960s onwards. This December the enterprising cook will turn 100 years old.
