A homeless arsonist tossed Molotov cocktails at a Tesla Cybertruck on an upscale Manhattan block Monday morning, setting it ablaze, cops and law-enforcement sources said. Dwain Burr, 40, first dumped garbage on the hood of the electric vehicle parked on East 58th Street near Second Avenue in Sutton Place around 1:15 a.m., authorities said.
