A second federal agency is investigating Northwestern University for alleged antisemitism. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said Tuesday its Office for Civil Rights launched an investigation into a “prestigious university in the midwestern United States” for allegedly violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal funds.
