UPDATE: 12:45 p.m. The sentencing hearing for David Lindsay's assault convictions has been postponed, after Lindsay was hospitalized early Wednesday morning. While Crown prosecutor David Grabavac had called the timing of the hospitalization "coincidental" earlier Wednesday morning, Lindsay's girlfriend Bettina Engler delivered a doctor's note to Judge Cathaline Heinrichs at noon.
