A new report by the Lugar Center and Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy ranked how bipartisan Senators are. The list intends to measure how well members of opposite parties work with one another. The rankings were made using bill sponsorship and co-sponsorship data and hopes to “fill a hole in the information available to the public about the performance of Members of Congress.” Other measures of bipartisanship have ranked members of Congress off partisan, parochial or special-interest standards.
