The Barbenheimer phenomenon gave a welcome lift to the movie world this summer, following months-long strikes across the industry. But while Barbie won the box office battle with $1.4bn (£1.1bn) in global ticket sales, Oppenheimer ruled the roost at this year's Academy Awards.
