Residents directly affected by the fall-out of the Keyham bomb have said they have been left angry, exhausted and in despair at the way they feel they have been left to fend for themselves. The discovery of a 500kg Second World War Nazi bomb in a rear garden in St Michael Avenue and phone call to police on February 20 resulted in thousands of Keyham residents being evacuated and bomb disposal teams moving into the area to determine the safest course of action - starting with a cordon which grew from just the rear lane to 200m and then 300m....
