Two Texans turned themselves in to authorities in Florida this week after they were accused of hanging banners with swastikas and antisemitic messages off an Orlando-area overpass. Ronald Murray, 41, and Amanda Rains, 36, face criminal mischief charges, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced.
