Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered his condolences to the family of Wagner Group boss Yevgeny Prigozhin and victims of a Moscow jet crash, which was said to have been carrying the Russian mercenary chief. Russian air authorities said Prigozhin, his right-hand man Dmitry Utkin and eight other people were on the private jet that crashed on Wednesday and left no survivors.
