A Devon and Cornwall Police officer who caused a crash after driving through a red light have been slapped with a fine and penalty points. PC Craig Powell was found guilty of careless driving during a hearing at Plymouth Magistrates' Court today (April 25). He was also charged with dangerous driving, but the 43-year-old was found not guilty of this offence.
