LAKEWOOD, NJ – A man who committed a series of carjackings on April 8th in Jackson and Lakewood is now facing multiple charges of bias intimidation and attempted murder. Dion Marsh, 28, of Jackson was arrested after an afternoon-long crime spree in those two towns.
