Thirty-one members of the national white supremacist group Patriot Front were arrested Saturday in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and charged with conspiracy to riot, a misdemeanor, according to police. In a news conference Saturday, Police Chief Lee White said a concerned citizen reported "a little army" of about 20 people wearing masks and holding shields loading into a U-Haul truck.
