VLADIMIR Putin has apologised after Russia's foreign secretary claimed Hitler had "Jewish blood", Israeli authorities have said. Israel PM Naftali Bennett's office said in a statement that he "accepted President Putin's apology for [Sergei] Lavrov's remarks", He also "thanked him for clarifying the president's attitude towards the Jewish people and the memory of the Holocaust".
