Thirty-six dedicated yungerleit attended a Nitei Torah leadership training event at LTC’s Lakewood headquarters. The program featured interactive exercises to prepare the participants for a future in harbatzas Torah. The Leadership Roundtable brought small groups of yungerleit together with seasoned Marbitzei Torah and community leaders to address a communal issue together, based on specific fact patterns. The issues dealt with were designed to be gray in nature without clear right and wrong sides.
