Jimmy Carr’s managers have assured Cheltenham Town Hall bosses that jokes about the Holocaust will not be made this weekend. The comedian is due to perform two shows at the venue on Saturday, one beginning at 7pm and the other at 10pm. The Cheltenham Trust, which manages the building in Imperial Square, said the shows would go ahead despite strong criticism of Mr Carr following controversial material making national headlines.
