Police and the FBI are investigating after someone identifying themselves as a neo-Nazi phoned in a bomb threat Monday morning to Bethune-Cookman University. The school was immediately placed on lockdown. Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young says the caller said they had put C-4 explosives in backpacks around campus and the person said they belonged to a neo-Nazi group.
