An Israeli minister has revealed how she was refused entry to a Cop26 summit event as she was unable to access the Glasgow venue. Karine Elharrar, who is Israel’s energy and water resources minister and has muscular dystrophy, has said she was forced to wait for two hours outside the event after organisers refused to allow her to enter.
