IT says much about these divided times that an organisation like the Citizens Advice service – a byword for old-fashioned decency – has decided it must raise its voice against the extremism tearing our society apart. Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS), which runs 58 Citizens Advice Bureaux across the country and operates from more than 300 locations, says it is to begin campaigning against the far right, particularly in working-class communities.
