An 18-year-old has become the fourth person to be charged in connection with an arson attack on four Jewish community ambulances in Golders Green. Judex Atshatshi, 18, has been charged with committing arson being reckless as to whether life would be endangered. He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Saturday, 18 April.
