Dame Esther Rantzen, 85, is a presenter, campaigner and journalist best known as the producer and presenter of the BBC consumer show That’s Life! from 1973 to 1994. Drawing audiences of up to 22.5 million, its most memorable episode featured Sir Nicholas Winton being introduced for the first time to some of the 669 survivors he had saved from the Holocaust.
