Bud Cort, a seasoned actor best known for playing the lead role in the 1971 classic film “Harold and Maude,” has died. He was 77. A representative for his family told The New York Times that Cort died at an assisted-living facility in Norwalk, Connecticut on Wednesday. The representative also said Cort’s death was from complications from pneumonia. Cort’s longtime friend Dorian Hannaway also reported his death to Variety.
