Kyle Wagner is facing federal charges of cyberstalking and interstate communications. On Jan. 29, 2026, Wagner allegedly doxxed a Michigan man with pro-ICE views. He allegedly published the person’s phone number, date of birth and address in Oak Park, Michigan, on social media.
