Worshippers at a London synagogue have accused the police of letting them down after Jewish pro-Palestine protesters demonstrated outside. The activists unfurled the sign, which read “JEWS SAY: ANTI-ZIONISM ? ANTISEMITISM”, outside St John’s Wood United Synagogue on Sunday night. They appeared to defy a police exclusion zone that had been created around the shul to prevent clashes between them and pro-Israel counter-protesters.
