Armed cops have reportedly arrested two people just streets away from where an alleged terrorist wearing a suspected suicide vest went on a deadly rampage. At least two people were killed in the attack at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Crumpsall, Manchester, this morning.
