A man has been arrested at a protest in Plymouth after allegedly doing a Nazi salute. The incident reportedly happened at the Raise the Flag protest which has been taking place in the city centre this evening. The group Flag Force Plymouth has been staging its third Raise the Flag protest event by the crossing near Poundland on Royal Parade.
