THE Philippines has voted for a United Nations resolution calling for a "comprehensive, just and lasting peace" in Ukraine, which was invaded by Russian forces one year ago. In a statement issued on Friday, the Department of Foreign Affairs said the Philippines continues to urge all parties to end the war through peaceful and diplomatic means.
