Mr. Speaker, for weeks the [Prime Minister](/politicians/justin-trudeau/) claimed that there was absolutely nothing he could do about Tori Stafford's killer being placed in a healing lodge. He actually instructed his entire caucus to vote against a Conservative motion that spelled out the exact steps that he could take.
